A delightful upgrade surprise
Our stay began with an unexpected room upgrade to a spacious two-bedroom suite! The breakfast spread was enticing, especially the warm oatmeal bar—a delightful start to our day.
However, the entrance's steep steps posed a challenge. The skinny ramp was awkward for our luggage, making it tough for those with mobility issues. More accessible options are needed.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were remarkably
helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available. The only downside was the limited parking options that made it a bit stressful for us when we arrived late at night.

Perfect Stay for Families with Kids
The staff was just amazing. The valet drivers always greeted us with smiles and they really knew how to make our time easier. Also, the breakfast crew treated my kids to fresh breakfast while I was busy getting ready.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you know what, it was worth it.

This hotel blends charm with functionality. The historic feel is lovely, and the staff is friendly and attentive. However, parking is inconvenient, and some areas could use a deep clean. The breakfast was decent, but earplugs are recommended due to city noise.

Aaron at the front desk exemplified outstanding customer service, ensuring our room was ready sooner than expected. The clean and modern living space with a comfy pullout sofa was a perfect retreat. Waffles and fresh orange juice at breakfast were highlights, fueling our adventures in the nearby Market District. Though I encountered intermittent hot water and uncomfortable beds, the friendly staff and welcoming breakfast atmosphere made for an enjoyable stay.

The patio area was a delight for picnics, and the hotels nearby, like Sullivan's Steakhouse for fancy nights or the chill vibes at Omaha Tap House, made dining out a breeze. Plus, breakfast, though an upgrade from average, had some tasty options to kick-start your day!
While my room could've used a bit more sparkle, and the breakfast didn’t quite live up to the hype, the $250 parking deposit felt a tad excessive—it’s all about the small details, right?

The hotel stands out with its charming historic building filled with character. The full kitchen in the room was perfect for family meals, and the large fridge was a huge plus. Staff members were welcoming and exceeded expectations, especially Doug, who secured us a last-minute room on a busy weekend. The shuttle service was super convenient for getting around downtown. However, the beds were uncomfortable. Housekeeping could be more attentive. the bathroom didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned. Breakfast choices were repetitive. A little more variety would be nice for longer stays. The outdoor area is lovely but could use better maintenance. Overall, it felt like home but had some room for improvement.
