Perfect experience there. A modern hotel in Omaha. A huge variety of delicious food. The staff were very very helpful and attentive and assisted us with public parking. Magnificent location for everything we needed and adjacent to museums and the old market area with shops and places to eat and the stadium. Also, to California.

The weather was beautiful, had really really nice stay by one night. The room was well-maintained with a kitchen and they provided wake-up service when I asked. The location of the hotel was fantastic - relatively close to Omaha Children's Museum.

Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Extremely helpful staff with smiles. Excellent service, magnificent and perfectly comfortable position to Old Market area. And just next door to airport, restaurants and other establishments and downtown Omaha in walking distance to many restarants.

Such a perfect stay for one night. Fairly clean, excellent city center hotel. Easy access to Eppley airport, within 0.5 miles. The staff were very helpful and the design was unique. Above average and warm breakfast and delicious food selection.

The most important was the staff - efficient and extremely friendly people. The location was particularly good and magnificent - ease of access to First National Bank Tower.

Loved the place, had a perfectly pleasant stay for one night. The room was well-equipped with a view, I was happy about that. The hotel had a comfortable and excellent position, in walking distance to many restarants.

The hotel is clean, has views of downtown. It offers above average breakfasts for Starbucks.

Everything was nice, magnificent location close enough to wonderful dining spots, the airport and the market area and several parks, very nice experience. Empathetic staff, offered us wake up service and ironing. The room was beautifully maintained and had a fridge, a cooker and kitchenware.

The Residence Inn in downtown Omaha was an excellent value for the money. The room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space. The location was convenient and the staff provided incredible service throughout our stay.

While the breakfast had plenty of items to choose from, the selection of breakfast items could have been better.

The food was delicious and there were plenty of dishes in the menu. Units with a view. The location was magnificent and perfectly comfortable for walking around an urban park.

Excellent staff who go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They helped me with a room mix-up and were friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Omaha. I highly recommend this hotel.
